Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, simply email us at idunnantwerp@gmail.com within that period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn and unused

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

We also require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or payment receipt.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, get in touch with us immediately so we can make it right.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no justification needed. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
